After many years of living out what was successful as defined by our world, I hit a wall completely burned out mentally drained, emotionally depleted, and deeply disheartened. Things that once mattered to me no longer seemed important and I found myself defeated and demoralized.

Although I was terrified and had no known plans, it was then that I decided to leave my 20 year career and start on a new journey. Upon taking this bold step, life came down hard and I also faced loss and sickness in the immediate family that really challenged my time and emotional bandwidth. But what I came to realize was far more personal: the real issue and what was holding me back was my mindset and the way I was choosing to live.
